Take 5!

Exercise breaks, that is.
Incorporate five 5-10 minute exercise breaks in your day. Need ideas?
- Skip the elevator and take the stairs.
- Walk around the block when you get the mail.
- Stretch your neck – look up/down, look left/right, ear to shoulder.
- Shoulder rolls, forward and back.
- Squeeze your bum and hold for 10 seconds. Release for 5 seconds. Repeat for 5 minutes.
- Kegels for the women.
- Point and flex your feet, then circle your feet in each direction.
- Squats or calf raises when you’re filing or at the copier.
- Crunch your abs.
