Man, I needed to hear this today. I just started back with Marilu/THM this morning and I read this very first thing and it helped me have a brighter outlook today. Last evening I was shopping for new clothes and was complete FRUSTRATED because I don’t have the body for the clothes sizes at the stores, right now. My tummy/waist line in huge and NOTHING fits at all. I almost bought a purse, just to buy something, but put it back and went out into my car and cried. When I read this entry about loving and caring for someone this morning, I was so grateful for my loving and patient husband and how he listened to me complain last night. We had a great day today together, just window shopping and eating correctly and being together just because of this list of doing good for others. I really need that. Thank you so much!
