I'd love to chatch up and get the recipes. I've been a vegetarian for 18 years and have tried once to eliminate diary and was not successful as I missed the flavor of cheese. I've recently been diagonised as gluten-intolerant and I'm concerned with yet another food group to eliminate. I have all the daily e-mails, but can't figure out how to find info for this class on the website. Please help! I’ve been on vacation so I’ve missed most of the class.
