Eat smaller meals

But not necessarily less food. (Well, maybe. We can’t see your plate from here.)

Try eating 6 small meals a day instead of 3 bigger ones. You don’t need too much food at one time, as long as you refuel a little more often. Eating every 2-3 hours means your energy will be more consistent, and you may be able to ditch the empty calorie snack foods by eating real food.
