4 things you can do to get ready for BOOTY School
Keep up the water and exercise you started on Thursday.
- Get to the message boards and check in with coaches MplsMom and Healthful (also known as “The Jills”).
- No sugar today (naturally occurring sugars in fruit are good). A little pure maple syrup or agave on oatmeal is okay – but just a little.
- Clean out your fridge. Keep anything that looks great, but toss everything questionable. Wipe down the shelves, and wipe out the drawers.
- Now that you know what’s in the fridge, plan 5 servings of fruit/veggies for today. A serving is 1/2 cup (except salad greens – that’s 2 cups for a serving). You can do this.
