4 things you can do to get ready for BOOTY School

Keep up the water and exercise you started on Thursday.

  1. Get to the message boards and check in with coaches MplsMom and Healthful (also known as “The Jills”).
  2. No sugar today (naturally occurring sugars in fruit are good). A little pure maple syrup or agave on oatmeal is okay – but just a little.
  3. Clean out your fridge. Keep anything that looks great, but toss everything questionable. Wipe down the shelves, and wipe out the drawers.
  4. Now that you know what’s in the fridge, plan 5 servings of fruit/veggies for today. A serving is 1/2 cup (except salad greens – that’s 2 cups for a serving). You can do this.
