- Vegetable-only soup – want it thicker? – add some pureed cauliflower
- Salad greens topped with a variety of grilled vegetables
- Bowl of roasted vegetables
- Zucchini “pasta” with marinara sauce
Do this once a month to feel really ALIVE the next day.
