How about some yeah-yeah-yeah’s

We’re one-third through November today, and we’ve already looked at several NOs. So today we’ll take a break with some yeah-yeah-yeah’s.

What will you say YES to today?

  • Good dental hygiene? Brush and floss.
  • Hydration? Drink your water.
  • Leafy greens? Add spinach or kale to one meal.
  • Connections? Call a friend.
  • Vegetarian meals? Eat more plants.
  • Better muscle tone? Lift some weights.

 

Say yes to moving your body. Get up and dance!
