Chemicals, additives & preservatives are dangerous, and
completely unnecessary in our food. There's no logic in having
food that can sit on a shelf for 5 or even 10 years before
you eat it. Save your pantry space for food you can enjoy
in the next few weeks!
Learn to read labels so you will purchase chemical-free foods.
If the ingredient list contains a word that looks like
it belongs in a lab experiment, or if the paragraph is so
long it should say "continued on the next can,"
then choose a different product.
Natural, whole foods are a healthier
choice. Use caution even those can be genetically modified
or sprayed with pesticides. That's why organic foods are best,
and why they taste better, too! Try some organic foods.
