Eliminate Dairy!
Like red meat, cow's milk is filled with drugs and hormones. Whatever the cow (or goat or sheep) consumes will pass through the mother's milk. Many humans have a dairy allergy to different substances in cow's milk (lactose intolerance) because cow's milk is not easily digested by a human. Even the calcium in cow's milk is not easily absorbed by humans, and the casein in cheese acts like glue in the human intestines.
