Take a Slenderizing Bath with Baking Soda.
The Method - Fill your tub half full with warm water, add 1 cup of baking soda, fill the tub
the rest of the way. Add your favorite fragrance if you wish. Soak for 20 minutes.
Do this for 10 consecutive days.
The Reasons - Baking soda baths enhance weight loss, reduce toxins, and make your skin feel baby
smooth. It's also nice to have a few relaxing moments at the end of the day for yourself -
and it's even nicer to know you have that to look forward to all day long.
A note on fragrance - if you're fighting a cold, mix 5-6 drops of eucalyptus oil and
5-6 drops of tea tree oil in a tablespoon of olive oil or almond oil, and add to the
bath water with the baking soda. If you're preparing for an evening out or a hot date,
add a splash of the fragrance you plan to wear later.
