Marilu competes in The Celebrity Apprentice - starting Thursday, January 3, 2008 on NBC
She's a great actress, with a long career on Broadway, in movies and on television. She's written books on health and nutrition. She's created a supportive internet community. And now she's taking out the competition on Celebrity Apprentice.
Marilu's charity is The Physician's Committee For Responsible Medicine (PCRM). Marilu's husband Michael, who suffered from both bladder and lung cancer, credits the healthy diet Marilu prescribed for him with saving his life. Marilu supports the PCRM's research and educational programs, which focus on nutrition and preventive medicine. Read more about PCRM.
