Luba (sunshineluvr) - THM Success Story
I found Marilu.com via Body Victory in April 2007. I've been making so many positive changes in such a short time. Since then, I have given up dairy, red meat, poultry, sugar, and caffeine. I have lost 35 lbs, am no longer an insomniac and know that I will never go back. By taking one step at a time, I have made so many positive changes that have become habits!
I have also incorporated THM principles into my son's diet and he loves eating healthy. The boy eats tons of veggies & fruit and loves every thing I cook!
Living a healthy life is so difficult with so much fast food and processed foods available and in the past everytime I get really healthy, I end up getting derailed and head right back to the same bad habits. With the support of Marilu, the coaches & staff, and other members of Marilu.com, I have all the support that I need from others that are on the same journey to good health. I love my Marilu.com family!!
