Tina - THM Success Story
I can hardly believe it has been three years since I discovered this incredible program ~ THM. I had immediate results...clearer skin, more energy, lost almost ten pounds! I was living the life I always wanted to live. I was eating healthier foods and not obsessing about my diet. My body was responding naturally because I was giving it natural, whole foods. What an incredible way to live life!
I will admit that I have not been a steady success. For numerous reasons, I stepped in line and took a ride on the dreaded roller coaster. My progress, my weight and my dedication to this lifestyle went up and down, up and down. Why did I give up how good I felt? Why was I Ietting myself make such poor choices? I knew better this time around. Marilu had taught me too much. I needed a wake-up call and once again Marilu answered.
November 2004 ~ Body Victory. Marilu's fresh, new approach grabbed me. I lost some weight and regained my fun-loving self that got tossed along the ride. It felt great to be in control again. It felt great to recapture my energetic self again. Things finally smoothed out for me and I felt ready to make this lifestyle permanent.
Throughout my entire journey, I never left the on-line site or the message boards. My fellow THMers were always there to support me ~ through all my highs and lows. Staying connected here at marilu.com has been key in helping me stay determined and stay on track. I know that this is the lifestyle for me. My plan is to live each and every day with Gusto. I know there are going to be more bumps in the road...but I can handle the little hills. They make our lives exciting, right?
