Dear Diary ~ The Accountability Class begins Monday, July 14. Challenge yourself to be responsible for your health, and accountable every day. You will love the results!
The hazy, lazy days of summer are no time to slack off, or lose sight of your health and weight loss goals!
In fact, even if you're on vacation, there's a smart way to stick to your meal plan, and get in your exercise, and avoid those difficult situations where it seems just too easy to give in and blow it for the day... or the weekend.. or the month.
The key is staying accountable. And we've got the program you need to make it happen!

A place to check in with our expert Coaches and keep your "diary entry" on a private message board
Chats with Marilu and Coaches!
A community of fellow members working the program right along with you
Do you keep a diary or a journal?
It's a great way to keep track of how you're doing, to keep yourself mindful of what you need to do, and make note of all the important things along the way. You may have your own personal diary. In this class, you'll keep a personal, but shared, diary online.
This is a class that asks each of us to coach ourselves in the form of writing a daily diary entry, listing whatever we need to feel accountable. It doesn't matter where you are in your health journey, or even where you are in the world!
Marilu will be participating in this class right along with us. Each morning you'll get an email from Marilu with her diary entry for the day.
Every day for ten days we'll post a diary entry together, and we'll stay accountable in the process. We'll remind each other to stay on track. We'll encourage each other. And have a great time together! A support group is so important to stay motivated and make progress.
This is a 10-day Online Class, two sets of five weekdays. You are still accountable for the weekend in-between!
Accountability leads to results. You can do it - Marilu, our coaches, and lots of other members will be doing it right along with you. Take this class and prove it to yourself!

Online courses are not restricted to a particular time of day, except for moderated chats. Participate as often as you wish, at the time that is most convenient for you! Read the daily email, read the daily message on the message boards, post your reply to ask questions, stay accountable and receive feedback, print and use class materials, and attend chats.
