Summary
This is about the ultimate comfort food but with a whole new twist. Coaches Healthful and MplsMom (sometimes referred to as “The Jills”) have been working for weeks to bring you incredible soup recipes and one pot dishes that are full of nutrition and flavor.

This isn’t like a five year old article in the waiting room: “10 Uses for Leftover Pot Roast”

This is hot steamy food that suits your lifestyle, nourishes your body and keeps your energy levels up right through winter.

This class will have more than just recipes. Join the fun, try some new ingredients, bring questions and share your own favorite tips and recipes.

The Two Jills both started their THM health journey in July 2000. They met on the Taste of Health SPArty cruise in March 2008. In August 2009, they were roommates at the New York City SPArty.

I am MplsMom Jill. I am married, have one daughter (20), and live in Minneapolis, Minnesota. I was a workout nut until I had my daughter in 1991, and just quit making the time to work out. In 2000, I bought the “blue book” from a neighbor at a garage sale, which changed my life forever. I immediately joined the boards to learn what I could, as fast as I could. Within six months of beginning eating the THM way, I lost 23# and felt great. I still love learning new things about healthy foods and nutrition.

Hi! I’m Healthful Jill. I am married, have two sons (11 & 13), and live in Knoxville, Tennessee. I saw Marilu on a talk show in 2000, immediately bought the “green book” and started throwing illegal food out of my house. I lost 10 pounds the first month and cleared up my sinus trouble. And it just kept getting better. I love the support from Marilu.com and all the great people I’ve met (on-line and in person). Natural health has become my passion. I now teach gluten-free vegan cooking classes and am addicted to yoga.

This class is all about Hot and Steamy Soups! Delicious and healthy comfort food. All of the recipes presented in this class are very THM-friendly and appropriate for many special needs diets (vegan, gluten-free, etc). Simply read each daily message from our Coaches on the class forum and you’ll discover a whole new collection of great recipes!

Exercise

Exercise is one of the Ten Steps of THM®. It doesn’t matter what you do, but the human animal thrives when it MOVES! Break a sweat for at least 10 minutes a day. Exercise helps with weight loss and general well being. Make it fun!
