Summary
BOOTY CAMP is a “hard core” class focused on food and fitness which will get you ready for summer and sunshine! This year, Marilu.com is presenting BOOTY CAMP a month earlier than usual – PLUS! This class is COMPREHENSIVE and covers many aspects of well being, from healthy habits to attitude to the way you approach changes in your life and how improving your memory can improve your life. Of course we’ll talk about food and exercise but a TOTAL Health Makeover is about so much more. More time to focus on YOUR Total Health before bikini season! You won’t find all of this anywhere else!

Coach Evi and her daughter

Evi lives in southern Germany near Stuttgart, is a mom to seven year old Tatiana, wife to Andreas and works as a full-time university lecturer in the area of printing and publishing. She grew up and studied in the USA, worked in New York City for six years after graduation, before she moved to Europe over 20 years ago. Evi has been a member of these boards for seven years and first embraced the Total Health Makeover® (THM) lifestyle in 2000. She has a passion for good food (and wine!).

Exercise

Our basic goal at Marilu.com is to “sweat for 10″ every day – work out enough to break a sweat, then continue working out for 10 minutes. BOOTY CAMP has a strong exercise component, and there are many bonus point opportunities for an extra five minutes (or so) of exercise each day. Check with your health care professional before starting any exercise program.
