I have questions about the public message boards.
1. Do I have to register to use the public message boards?
You may read the content of the public message boards without registering, however, you cannot post on the message boards without registering. To register, go to the public message boards, and click on the the word ‘Register’ just above the date on the right side of the screen. You must provide your email address to register; your username may be a screen name, and not a real name.
2. Can I read the members only message boards?
If you are a current paid member, the members only message boards are available to you 24/7/365. If you are not a member, you do not have any access to those message boards.

I have questions about my membership password and getting to the members only parts of the site.
1. My password isn’t working – I can’t get to the members area.
Your password is case-sensitive (uppercase and lowercase letters make a difference, and a lower case L looks a lot like the number 1). You must also be a current, paid member for your password to work properly. If you get an error message when trying to enter your password, please send that error message as part of your request for technical assistance to
tech@marilu.com.
2. I can’t get to the chat room.
You must be a current, paid member to access the Chat Room. Please make sure you are typing your password correctly; the password is case-sensitive (lower and uppercase letters matter). Make sure you have the latest version of Java installed and enabled. If you are getting an error message, please copy that error message and send it to
tech@marilu.com with your request for assistance.
4. I’m not getting a daily email.
First make sure there is an online class in session. Your email program may require you to include newsletter@thmservices.com in your address book. Your email program may send our emails to your junk mail folder – please check for it there. If you have checked all these things, and you are still not getting the daily email, please email
tech@marilu.com.
